  • Worldwide (2-4 days, express shipping only)

Hom Yoga is the parent company in which we send out our parcels from.

We want to make sure you have all the information you need - ask us anything you want.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

You can see below the shipping prices that will be applied depending on where you are shipping to. Please note that additional cost such as customs and import fees are only due for customers purchasing from outside Singapore.

SINGAPORE - Shipping rates & delivery time:

- Standard - Singpost. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days.

- SG$15 home delivery.

- Free Shipping for orders above SG$150.

WORLDWIDE - Shipping rates & delivery time:

- Express - DHL Express - SG$35. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days.

- Free Express Shipping for orders above SG$300. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days.

Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order, for which Cloth cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Order Status

Please reach out to us for a status on your order. Contact info.sg@homyoga.com and include your order number as a reference.

The tracking number for your shipment will be included in the invoice email once the order is shipped.

Returns

Cloth gladly accept returns but not later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Cloth tags.

Cloth will refund the full amount of the returned products - all other expenses are covered by the customer.

Please follow the return guidance on the note included in the package. Otherwise, you can contact info.sg@homyoga.com to arrange the return of the product.

Hom Yoga is the parent company in which we make returns from.

Return that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

You are liable for a possible deterioration of the items value caused by you in the way of how you try the item. If the item is used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item as used and you will lose your right for partial or complete return.

As soon as we have received and accepted the return, we will credit the amount to the credit card originally used to purchase the item, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a receipt with tracking number as proof of package sent.

If you wish to exchange your purchase to a difference size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our website.
